Privacy policy

Last updated 30 July 2026

This page is maintained by the DashDrop team to answer common privacy and security questions about the site. It describes what we actually store, not a certification by any third party.

What we store

Your email address, an optional display name and country, your public DASH receiving address, your balances and your reward history. We do not store payment cards, government identity documents, seed phrases or private keys.

Security and abuse logging

We log the IP address used for claims and withdrawal requests, plus a short non-reversible device signal derived from your browser (screen size, language, timezone offset). This is used only to detect duplicate accounts and automated claiming. It is visible to administrators for review and is not sold or shared for advertising.

Survey partners

When you open a survey or offer, the partner network receives an anonymous identifier for your account so that it can confirm completions back to us. Partners run their own profiling and may collect additional answers under their own privacy policies.

Cookies

We use a session cookie or local storage entry to keep you signed in and to remember your light or dark theme choice. No advertising cookies are set by DashDrop itself.

Your choices

You can update your display name, country, wallet address and email notification preference at any time from the profile page. To request deletion of your account and associated records, contact the site administrator; withdrawal records may be retained where required for accounting.
